Lauren Ash

 Lauren Elizabeth Ash, born on February 4, 1983, is an Canadian actor and comedian based in Los Angeles. She was originally from Belleville, Ontario. Ash is best known for her part in Superstore's sitcom Dina Fox. Ash is a graduate both of Second City Toronto Mainstage, and Second City Chicago mainstage. She is also a part of the sketch comedy duo "Cory!" She was an Canadian Comedy Award nominee for Best Female Improviser two times in 2007 and 2006. In 2012, she was awarded the award for the best performance by a Female on Television for the Almost Heroes award. In 2015, she was awarded the award for Best Female Performance in a Feature Film for her performance in Dirty Singles. She also appeared on the show pranks called "Scare Techniques". Lauren together with Christy Oxborrow, co-hosts "True Crime and Cocktails", her podcast.
